There again, don’t rehash your resume. A good interview must have 3 targets:
- convince with a prepared pitch: speak of yourself here and now while zooming on what you want to put forward sur.
– reassure: the recruiter wants to find the person that will correspond to the job position on the market. Use your experiences to prove to him that you are the one for the job.
– conclude: pinpoint the reason for which you are applying. You must seduce. It’s a question of feeling, but this is what creates the difference.
You must go prepared, it’s indispensable. Inform yourself about the company, its activity, the special events that have taken place there over the past 2/3 years, its values. Train alone in front of a mirror or in front of a good friend.
Be very polite. At the end, thank and ask what will be the next step.
