I am very Scandinavian: lots of white and more white, while the man in my life is more into ethnic trend with natural wood and touches of color.
So here is the ideal solution: painting your walls all white, just as I like it and in keeping with the mood of the moment, the seasons and our whims, we can just change the boards!!!!
1- Find a motif you like
2- Trace it and reposition it on the board that you previously sanded and painted with your choice of background color!
3- Stick painter’s scotch tape on the board in order to create your stencil!
4- Use a small cutter to outline all the parts to be colored.
5- Then just paint!
6- Use a cutter to remove all the scotch tape and you’re done!
