Papillon, the passion of foodistas

Papillon

Smaller is better and sometimes it’s better to launch out on your own. And this is totally proven when you mention Christophe Saintagne. This super Ducasse talent, 3 Michelin stars, left the palace ovens to open his own place near Wagram.

Result? It’s the gourmet sensation of the moment and well deserved. A true winner in the small bistro category, twisted with a shop selling yummy dishes and fine groceries in take away mode: all presented in an adorable decor.

Papillon

Pick eyes closed from the highly appealing menu. Braised asparagus with Comté cheese, a very erotic velvety whiting spread on a small tartine. And for dessert, an addictive chocolate cake and a small spicy cream.

We like: the lunch menu at 26€. Great art at small prices: now you know the story.
