After Montorgueil, Marais and République, the star flagship recently opened in Ménilmontant. The secret of a winning formula? An outrageously juicy steak, supplied by star butcher, Yves-Marie le Bourdonnec, served on wildly plump buns by Rémy Coste, MOF baker.
Absolute must, sweet potato fries served in tiny doll house sieves (5€) and the cheesecake (3€), yum!
