Hôtel Providence: the new trendy phenomenon

We are giving you a heads up, Providence is the ADDRESS of the year, the ultimately sparkling spot to be name-dropped, the HQ of cool cats.

Quite normal, Pierre Moussié, at the head of Jeannette, Floréal @ Cie. has concocted a hotel with amazing atmosphere and a truly Parisian dining room with a heated terrace on a pedestrian street, a skip and a hop from Porte Saint-Martin that will surely be buzzing all Winter long.

For the decor: Elodie, his wife and Sophie Richard who scouted for amazing vintage glasses and plates, covered the walls with House of Hackney flowers (the super trendy architecture label in London). So now just need to decide if you prefer nestling near the fireplace in the dining room or cheek to cheek in a Chesterfield sofa.

Hurray for grilled meats! Depending on your tastes there are 3 options: you can be served meat or fish picked from the slate, (duck, beef(32€) or sea bass(28€)) marinated, raw (carpaccio (28€) or tartare) or grilled on firewood. Fab! To be customized with a side of your choice (mashed potatoes, cèpes mushrooms, seasonal veggies). Chariot of desserts for a final, from which you  can pick all the wild options from La Pâtisserie des rêves with Paris-Brest and many others (10€).

Another option: upscale seafood platters (34€), a toast à with truffle (19€) or a lobster Roll(22€).

At the bar, thinks are jumping with n°3 potions (Tequila, yellow beet juice, fresh lime juice, agave syrup and ginger beer, 12€) or n°4 (Pisco, Saint Germain Liqueur, Absinthe, lime, lemon and egg white, 12€) worthy of the most exacting palaces.
