Better than paninis

Despite the name, it has nothing to do with a laundry, Pressing is the new street food buzz. After burger food trucks, the roving panini has landed in Paris.

The concept ? Fresh products of quality, crispy bread straight out of Gontran Cherrier’s oven, the trendy baker, and chef recipes, for savory paninis prepared under out eyes, to be tasted in keeping with the stops of the Pressing team.

We like : the Marie with smoke Basque farmer pig, colesaw raifort Granny Smith with a tangy barbecue sauce flavor and the Grég' with its mix of pastrami sauerkraut.

Tops : a complete meal at soft price with a tasty soup and a nut banana panini freshened up with lime brioché bread for dessert.
