My killer eggs

In case of a lazy bones attack when the gang shows up at the house, I whip up my killer eggs. 3 minutes flat and bluffing!

I fry my eggs with lots of good butter.

When they are cooked, I deglaze with red wine vinegar that reduces and et caramelizes the whites.

Must be served with bread sticks.
