Competition: go behind the stoves of Yannick Alléno

Pavillon Ledoyen

Sneaking into the kitchens of a three-star chef, picking up your best tips and preparing your lunch in the copper pans of the kitchen staff of one of the best restaurants in the world. In short, live an experience halfway between Ratatouille and Le Grand Restaurant .

Every Saturday, Yannick Alléno 's team , in collaboration with Mauviel1830 utensils , offers Parisian foodies the privilege of taking a cooking class live from the stoves of the three-star restaurant Alléno Paris .

It all starts with great pomp around a small coffee-croissant in the sumptuous decor of the mythical table of the Champs-Elysées . We put on our apron and start cooking. From the art of the bain-marie to the best tips from clerks and chefs, you will learn everything you need to recreate the seasonal menu at home.

The classy option? Invite a friend to share his feast after class, just to test your gastronomic talents together (allow 145 € more).
