Philipe Conticini, a salt maestro !

Good news for gourmets and those who like salt! The famous pastry chef from Maison des rêves, emperor of the Paris-Brest cake, aka Philipe Conticini, is not just creating cakes for his sweet tooth fans !

The dessert is now producing more solid eats in the most chic and confidential dining room. Hidden on the 2nd floor of Salle Pleyel, is a marvelous restaurant, red, cozy, bright, delicious... In short, a must to gossip quietly with the girls, enjoy a lover’s lunch or organize a business rendezvous...

Hélène Samuel, great kitchen conductor of this musical house, has teamed up for the year with the pastry chef of the rue du Bac, who imagined for her a series of salty recipes with super gourmet inspirations in terms of pastries.

High note of this collaboration: the salty French toast as a starter ( 14 €) and the burger without bread and with Reblochon cheese, dried tomato and cod ( 20 €) served with a salad on the side. In short an orgasmic dish for twigs looking for light treats.

Cherry on the cake : the best Paris-Brest in town signed Philipe Conticini straight from his famous  Pâtisserie des rêves for a die and go to heaven dessert (10,50 €).

Open Monday to Friday from noon to 2H30pm
