This stylish summer spread based walnuts and super fast fresh herbs to put everyone agrees.
Preparation: 20 minutes
For 1 bowl
Crack the nuts and collect the walnut kernels . Using a knife, finely crush them.
Let the faisselle drain through a colander.
Meanwhile, peel and chop the garlic clove . Peel and finely chop the shallot . Wash, strip and dry the herbs and finely chop them.

Pour into a small bowl, drizzle with walnut oil and serve with slices of toasted country bread .
