Bold Woman Dinner by Veuve Clicquot
Looking for a dinner that’s as inspiring as it is delicious? Veuve Clicquot’s Bold Woman Dinners return this summer, hosted on the Seventh Heaven rooftop of Printemps Haussmann. Held on June 23, 24, and 25, these one-of-a-kind evenings spotlight female entrepreneurship, blending thought-provoking conversations with a standout dining experience.
This year’s lineup includes chef Céline Pham, food writer Raphaële Marchal, renowned sommelier Estelle Touzet, and artisan chocolatier Jade Genin. Guests are treated to Céline Pham’s vibrant dishes—think flower-filled ravioli with wild fennel olive oil or slow-cooked pollock with fig leaf oil and tempura zucchini flowers—paired with Veuve Clicquot Brut Carte Jaune. For dessert, Jade Genin dazzles with a dark chocolate tart infused with lime, mandarin, and grapefruit, elevated by Veuve Clicquot Rosé at sunset.
Bold Woman Dinner by Veuve Clicquot, Terrasse du 7ème Ciel, 7th floor, Printemps Femme, 64 Boulevard Haussmann, Paris 9th. June 23–25 at 7:30 PM. €95 per person .
