A very desirable lobster-roll

Brioche dish stuffed hot dog but a slice of toasted bread on which we find lobster, mayo, tomato and salad egg and Façade restaurant Le Fumoir

Good news for all those who are seeking out the small pleasures of Fall! The divine Parisian institution, Le Fumoir, has just imagined the Lobster Roll (a very trendy lobster sandwich) of our dreams.

Its high added value ? No small brioche bun in the hot-dog style but a slice of toated bread on which you find lobster, mayo, hard boiled egg, tomato and salad. Its heart throbe asset ? No gluten gals and twigs on a diet can set aside the bread and enjoy the. Cherry on the cake, this sandwich, is even better with a detox ginger carrot juice (6,50€) any time of the day (you can order it from 11am to midnight).

We adore: the divine atmosphere of this jazzy place, chesterfield couch, dimmed lights and delicious cocktails (10€). The must? Its library to work quietly or sip a tea with brainy types (François-Marie Banier, Michel Field), spotlight actors (Lambert Wilson, Virginie Effira) and a thousand other VIP types.

Tops: it’s open every day from 11am 2am.
