A hot chocolate and an Impressionist stroll

Un Chocolat Chaud Et Une Balade Chez Les Impressionnistes

Don’t let the cold and damp weather get you down, we have found for you a bucolic refuge filled with marvelous Impressionist paintings. And while you are there, sit a hot chocolate that will make you howl with pleasure.

Our comfort bubble? The Musée du Luxembourg, currently presenting an amazing selection of canvases by the leaders of the Nouvelle Peinture. Manet, Monet, Renoir and Degas… Painters that were shunned at the beginning of the 19th century, until Paul Durand-Ruel, art dealer and great visionary wagered on them.

We adore: staying in the museum at tea time and going to the Angelina tea salon. The pastry chef created a cake specially for the occasion (9,30€) with a base of

crumble, mousse cream cheese, apricot passion, with a white chocolate hat as a wink to elegant women of that era. And of course, the famous Mont Blanc which is a must for the season!
