At the heart of the new setting, Yannick Alléno is right on target with a rendezvous more sophisticated than Terroir Parisien without overdoing it...

A la carte

plat principal poisson

The winning equation for lunch? An unbeatable formula: starter+ main dish or main dish and desert of the day €29: do you have anything better?

What else? The lunch and evening menu offers the utmost of sophisticated simplicity.

The egg in jelly with a mosaic of veggies and herbs reach total refinement (€13) just like the red snapper steamed in a bamboo basket (€31), the Scottish salmon slowly glazed (€26). Special kudos to the gnocchi with smoked burrata and spinach (€26). Same light and ecstatic delight with a poached  pear and Tonka bean as dessert (€10).

Of note for foodies: a tasting menu at €90 / €120, food-wine pairing included, with oysters in dashi jelly, glazed smoked salmon, beef à la “riz”ssini and the chocolate tart with mascarpone.

A very contemporary venue

Interieur, deco et table du bistrot Allenotheque

To enhance the experience, the decor was created by Franck Cousin of Studiocaid. Imagine a very contemporary dining room, thought out like a very luminous gallery in raw cement, metal, wood, marble and granite, without forgetting a stunning table d’hôte and an open kitchen that conveys the feeling of being “in keeping with the times.”

The wine cellar- speakeasy

Bouteilles de vins

Another strong point: an incredible wine list that will delight oenophiles. L’Allénothèque shelters precious nectars in its wine cellar with 700 references. You can go downstairs to chose your bottle and bring it back to the table. Teaching workshops and tastings are regularly organized on https://www.allenotheque.fr/la-cave
