PAN, « almost Sicilian»

Pan V2

Hurray for individualistic Italian cuisine! La Jeune Rue, a collective of foodistas, already behind the wonderful Ibaji nugget, is back in the running with a wonderful 2nd address.

This time, Cédric Naudon has settled near faubourg Saint Denis and hit the bull’s eye! Check out the decor: a hallucinating place that will appeal to New-Yorkers. Imagine a former chandelier factory reconverted into a trendy venue with amazing lighting fixtures, freestone bricks, 60’s Scandinavian furniture mismatched tableware. A sophisticated and chic mix.

The principle ? Great starters and an imposed dessert. So just choose amongst the wonderful daily pastas, top notch meat or chic fish.

The chef ? Omar Koreitem, a Lebanese iconoclast who trained in New-York before being recruited by Le Sergent Recruteur…!

We love: the wild cocktail bar area shaken up by a talented mixologist.

Open Wednesday to Sunday from de 7pm to 11pm. Better to reserve!
