Mamma Roma, is the pot luck of street-food. This pizza pro offers all his recipes by the cut like in Italy. His name does not indicate it, but the red and black flagship was created in Belgium before showing up since last November in Paris.
Every day, seven recipes are presented amongst the hundred existing ones. Next to the ubiquitous margherita and potato truffle, you can fall on the Spinacci Ricotta (ricotta, spinach, gorgonzola) or Speck al Tartufo (truffles, speck, mozzarella of buffalo). And every month a pizza is in the spotlight, right now: anchovies, asiago, red onions, zucchini flowers. Just put together a puzzle meal by choosing different pieces in keeping with your appetite.
The plus? The antipasti bar (zucchini, mushrooms, peppers…) and mascarpone Nutella pizza.
Open Sunday to Wednesday from noon to 11pm and Thursday to Saturday from noon to midnight.
