Yum: a salad that heals!

Salade Qui Soigne

Particularly digestible, anti-inflammatory , rich in magnesium and antioxidants , this veggie fall salad is not only easy to make but especially packed with all the good things to face the cold without getting sick.

His healthy secret as well? A hemp sauce .

For 2 people.

Preparation : 15 to 20 minutes


Blend all the ingredients in a blender on full power until you get a smooth texture , adding a little water if necessary. Season . Keeps for 1 week in the refrigerator.


Divide the mixture of cereals and hemp seeds between 2 bowls then add the rest of the ingredients. Garnish with lime hemp cream and season.
