In keeping with the principle of arty happenings, l’Appartelier regulary hosts chefs who produce Sunday brunches worthy of actual live shows.
The location is ideal, since this clandestine dining room, hidden in the Marais, features two totally equipped kitchens. A real foodie scene.
This Sunday, the ATK collective will be in front of the ovens. The formation launched by three super creative cousins prepares a complete program with super sexy veggie brunch, a contemporary art exhibition and a soul funk dj set, which should give our day lots of ambiance.
Tip top, these mixology fans have planned a menu pairing a cocktail with each dish (6 in total), with or without alcohol. On the menu, cream of Cajun nut with vanilla ; cake of germinated seeds; soft bread and orange smoothie , papaya, banana ; cream with citrus fruit; glass verrine and raw chocolate…
Cool, service starts at 11h. There is a second service at 1:30pm, to satisfy everyone. Careful, places are limited, so be sure to reserce!
The next Sunday (April 19th ), Adrien from the blog Frenchemont Bon and his friend Mélanie are taking over the place for a bistronomic brunch (35€).
