Making your own ice cream isn't rocket science!

Homemade is the guarantee of a healthy dish. We start the DIY with an ice cream that's super easy to make.

PREPARATION:

In a small saucepan, heat the raspberries with a tablespoon of sugar until you get a thick sauce. Let cool.

Repeat the previous step but this time with the blackberries .

Then, pour the cream and the condensed milk into a salad bowl and whip in a food processor to obtain a very firm mixture.

Add the sauce obtained from the raspberries to the mixture and stir in gently. Then do the same with the blackberry sauce .

Pour the result into a container and place it in the freezer with a lid and wait until ice forms.
