The most sexy Bowl of the season

It’s the most glam' and healthy foodie phenomenon straight from California... We have for you the most "made in France" recipe of the moment to concoct with clementines from Corsica, bananas, coconut oil and goat milk yogurt. In short, the ideal bowl for Parisian twigs.

1. In a bowl, crush half a banana with a fork.

2. Add the yogurt, Chia seeds, coconut oil and oatmeal. Mix it all up.

3. Peel and cut the quarters of clementine in small pieces and place them on a mix of yogurt and seeds.

4. Enjoy!

Tip :

You can replace Chia seeds with nuts, walnuts, almonds or squash seeds!
