On vous a dégoté la recette la plus "made in France" du moment à mitonner avec des clémentines de Corse, des bananes, de l'huile de coco et du yaourt de brebis. Bref le bowl idéal des brindilles parisiennes.

Préparation :

1. Dans un bol, écrasez une demi-banane à l’aide d’une fourchette.

2. Ajoutez le yaourt, les graines de Chia, l’huile de coco et les flocons d’avoine. Mélangez le tout.

3. Epluchez et découpez les quartiers de clémentine en petits morceaux et déposez-les sur le mélange de yaourt et de graines.

4. Dégustez !

Astuce :

Vous pouvez remplacer les graines de Chia par des noisettes, des cerneaux de noix, des amandes ou encore par des graines de courge !
