Cali Sisters: the new Californian cantina that is making Parisiennes go wild

The Californian restaurant Cali Sisters in Paris

The highly awaited Cali Sisters has finally opened its doors and the ambiance is buzzing at the heart of this new Parisian address, a skip and a hop from Bourse.

A Californian cantina

Entre créatures branchées, déco ultra-vitaminée et smoothies sexy, l’atmosphère de ce spot semble tout droit sortie du feed Insta d’une it-girl de Los Angeles.

Bombarded between trendy creatures, a very colourful decor and sexy smoothies, the atmosphere of this spot seems to come straight out of the Insta feed of a Los Angeles it girl.

A stylish terrace, palm trees in the entrance and welcome in English: a resolutely Californian ambiance. Yet, you are on the Rue Notre-Dame des Victoires with a highly-exacting cuisine and the signature elegance of Paris.

Behind this new ultra good vibes rendezvous: the Vigand sisters duo, enamoured with California, were looking for a Parisian address to reproduce all their favourites from the West coast.

An ultra foodporn menu

Tacos à mourir, chou-fleur au tahina, meatballs sauce tomate à la ricotta, ceviche, poulpe grillé, fromage blanc et pancakes

The chef, who trained with Gordon Ramsay and Robuchon gives it his all and wagers on authentics by sending you directly to Venice Beach with des best-sellers from the West coast with the tell-tale refinement of Frenchy cuisine.

The result is an amazing menu that begins right at breakfast time: fab tacos, cauliflower with tahina, meatballs with tomato sauce and ricotta, ceviche, grilled squid, farmer cheese and wild pancakes, without forgetting just as sexy sandwiches and salads—all pimped with smoothies and house lemonade, as well as wild cocktails freshly concocted in Green To or Californication mode.

To be noted the week-end brunch.
