Its super glam dining rooms are filled up whether in London, Monaco, Mykonos or Dubaï. In Paris, Coya has recently opened in the most hip gourmet gallery of the capital aka Beaupassage.

The post beautiful people from the Left Bank are all rushing over to see and be seen, notably since the inauguration of its garden landscaped like a courtyard terrace, far from the frenzy of cars. Now is the moment to whip your Louboutin and discreetly eavesdrop on your neighbours’ conversation: deffo good gossip.

Nikkei plates and frosty cocktails

No longer say happy hour, say Pisco hour! Here, the spotlight potion of South America is served nice and fresh along with small colourful plates that will be the joy of your insta feed. Traditional Peruvian is twisted with Japanese and Chinese influences (called Nikkei andChifa) very spicy, healthy and fresh.

On the menu: bao of pork and chipotle (€8), an amazing trio of ceviche - including a truffle delight (€39), garlic chicken (€12), tacos of tuna and wasabi (€12)... But the unexpected sweet treat are the churros for dessert (€12), to be dipped in an absolutely regressive dulce de leche sauce. Finger licking good…
