Feel-good brunches every Sunday

Archipel

Forget the Sunday blues. Your moral will immediately be boosted by this very caliente brunch served every Sunday in a former chapel reconverted into an XXL dining room. The ideal place to spend a divine moment with your gang of friends.

Each month, a new chef will come concoct specialties from a sunny country. Festivities begin this Sunday with Julien Zattara who is brining in his Mexican restaurant BocaMexa. On the menu: chilaquiles verde (tortillas, marinated chicken, mashed black beans); whole grain toasted bread with farmer cheese and stewed apricots with chipotle (smoked pimento) ; dulce de leche banana tart. Arriba !

In April, Céline Pham will be showcasing her amazing Vietnamese street-food. Here is a small teasing that will make your taste buds salivate: chicken Banh mi, Pho soup, Banh Bo Nuong (Pandan cake)…

An in May, Carole Benelus from La Cabane Jaune will be taking over with her exquisite exotic plates (puff pastry of salmon shrimp cucumber, chips with wasabi and vitelotte potato…).

Tip top, the Brûlerie de Belleville supplies the coffee.

The plus: 2€ per brunch are donated to the Aurore association to help persons in need. A cool and charity initiative under the aegis of the Les Camionneuses collective.
