The slow life festival by Happy Folk is taking over the rooftop of the Jardin Suspendu in Paris

Jardin Suspendu 2x

This year, you will not suffer from the post holidays blues. To cope with the back to the grind syndrome (premature tan loss, tummy ache, feeling like dropping everything), Happy Folk is organizing its giant slow party at the Jardin Suspendu, in order to take advantage of this fab summer spot that will be closing its doors at the end of the weekend.

But there is still time for fun and games. Saturday the 1st of September, from noon to 10pm, a different kind of  tempo will be beating on the le rooftop-terrace of the Expo Porte de Versailles with  sessions of yoga, collective meditation and sophrology to decompress, DIY workshops to slow down (herbarium, calligraphy, natural cosmetics), inspiring talks on lithotherapy, aromatherapy and a conference animated by Frédérique Leininger that should be fascinating : “How to adopt slow life thanks to the 3R method: relaxing, reconnecting, radiating”. Quite a programme.

The plus? A market of designers with twenty young independent labels. And always, street-food along with beer and cocktail bars, to sip happily.

Slow Party Happy Folk x Jardin Suspendu, on Saturday the 1st of September from noon to 10pm. Free entrance to the Jardin Suspendu and the Marché de créateurs. Collective meditation and free conferences, upon registration. Payable workshops, day pass 25 €. Info and tickets www.happyfolk.fr.

Le Jardin Suspendu, access by the parking entrance facing number 40, rue d’Oradour sur Glane, 75015 Paris
