A five-star hotel, a true Art Nouveau gem nestled right in the heart of Paris, between the Opéra Garnier and the Madeleine? We are, of course, talking about the Kimpton St-Honoré, a luxurious cocoon designed by architect Charles Zana. In addition to its 149 keys and its Codage-branded spa, the Kimpton houses a Californian-inspired restaurant offering a dog-friendly brunch and a rooftop with Eiffel Tower views. Plenty of reasons to discover this resolutely charming venue…
The spicy lunch at Montecito

It’s California in Paris within the walls of Montecito, the hotel's restaurant. The approach of summer becomes the perfect excuse to sit at the table of chef Nicolas Pastot, who has designed a generous menu, recently enhanced with a spicy twist for the boldest diners. In collaboration with Martin Hot Sauce, the chef unveils three new creations featuring different spice levels, from "Force 4" to "Force 12". The goal: to offer an evolving, personalized experience to warm up your palate.
At the table, choices waver between the salmon gravelax (€23), lobster rolls served with brioche bread and herb mayonnaise (€29), or the brand-new veggie spring rolls served with Martin Mistral sauce (force 4 out of 12). For the main course, make way for the Mac & Cheese (€24) or the Fried chicken curry with pico de gallo and sweet gochujang (€29), the menu's second spicy creation. And to finish on a high note, you can opt for a generous slice of cheesecake (€12) or a chocolate, coconut, and Bounty-shard sundae (€12). Don't leave without tasting the latest spicy addition: the Fire me Up, a chili-infused tequila cocktail with passion fruit purée, lime, and spicy syrup (€18). A total banger!
Montecito, open for breakfast from 7:00 am to 10:30 am on weekdays (until 11:00 am on weekends), for lunch Monday to Saturday from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm, and for dinner Tuesday to Saturday from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
A sunset on the rooftop

Perched at the top of the Kimpton St-Honoré, the Sequoia Rooftop remains one of the capital's most coveted addresses as soon as sunny days arrive. Open every day from 5:00 pm to midnight, this confidential spot offers a spectacular view over the roofs of Paris, with the Eiffel Tower as a backdrop. Whether for a sunset aperitif, a drink with friends, or an evening under the stars, the rooftop welcomes visitors with or without reservations, in a chic and relaxed atmosphere.
To accompany this experience suspended between sky and city: a selection of cocktails (Spritz €22, Pornstar Martini €25, Moscow Mule €25), champagne (from €150 a bottle), and wine (from €16 a glass) are paired with finger food (from €16) for a high-perched drink. An absolute must-visit to enjoy Paris at its best... or rather, during its most beautiful night.
Sequoia Rooftop Bar, open every day from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Minimum consumption of €50 per person. With or without reservation.
A dog-friendly brunch

Every first Sunday of the month, the Montecito hosts the now-unmissable Doggy Brunch, a unique gathering where our furry companions become guests too. From 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm, owners and pups share a gourmet and bonding moment—a first in the Parisian hotel scene that has quickly established itself as one of the most anticipated events for dog parents. On the menu, humans enjoy a generous brunch with Californian accents (the chef's signature touch) including a buffet, eggs made to order, fresh juices, filtered water, and hot drinks.
Meanwhile, dogs enjoy a menu designed in collaboration with the coffee shop Casa Del Doggo. Artisanal treats, tailor-made recipes, and the essential Toutouccino make up this menu designed to satisfy the most demanding palates. A canine pastry buffet is also available, with gourmet creations between €3 and €5, not to mention games and activities to watch them play with their new friends. A must!
Doggy Brunch, every first Sunday of the month. €42 per person.
