An amazing gourmet garden hidden in Saint Germain

Places like this really make you happy to be alive! An amazing garden, like a top secret present for pretty Parisiennes, hidden right behind a terrific new restaurant : Les Climats.

Imagine a romantic paradise hidden in the middle of Paris, near the rue du Bac. A little green bubble with grass, trees, tables in the sun—in short the utmost of chic. If it rains: a winter garden just as charming. Not surprising, it’s the extravagant Bambi Sloan, our favorite designer, who came up with the totally bluffing decoration of this restaurant.

The on site manager: Carole Colin, hostess with the mostest who knows her stuff when it comes to good wine: her absolutely crazy wine list is 100% Burgundy And it just happens to be the best wines, no ?

We adore : the ultra light and delicious menu so that even twigs can be gourmets ! It’s good, it’s fresh, it’s just the way we like it. They have the carpaccio of royal bass with pickled vegetables, the super gazpacho with an emulsion of cucumber, a wonderful raw veal tartare and superb desserts like the excellent fruit salad or the real chocolate delight.

Tops: cools prices for a really good lunch even during the week-end : started + dish or dish + dessert = 36€. A must for a lover’s Sunday lunch.
