Paris is still buzzing about La Caserne (12 rue Philippe de Girard, Paris 10e) since Lyas’s Watch Parties during Fashion Week. This Saturday, MOODZ takes over the space to shine a light on menstrual precarity. Following the government’s refusal to reimburse period underwear, the brand is hosting a solidarity pop-up, distributing 500 free menstrual panties to young women under 26 and/or CSS beneficiaries, followed by a talk with La Maison des Femmes. A round of applause, please!
Finally, don’t miss a Seine-side stroll with a literary twist. To celebrate its new collection, the accessories label Parfois is hosting its own Book Club (18 quai de la Mégisserie, Paris 1er) in collaboration with Paris’s legendary green book stalls. The idea ? Grab a mystery pouch hiding a secret book, without knowing its title. To play along: snap a photo at the stand, share it on Instagram, and let fate pick your next autumn read.
Taste the “Good Life”
“Good food is about much more than taste.” The Salon du Bon is back for its second edition, with Thierry Marx – co-founder of the project – setting the tone at La Grande Halle de la Villette from October 18 to 20.
This event celebrates the meeting of producers, chefs, and food lovers, while staying refreshingly down-to-earth, open to everyone from seasoned professionals to the most curious gourmets.
This year’s program promises to be even richer than before: chef Cyril Aloyol, at the helm of the event’s pop-up restaurant Le Bouillon du Bon, will serve popular, seasonal, and soulful dishes that perfectly embody the festival’s spirit.

Travel to Spain…Without Leaving Paris
Spanish fashion is landing in Paris with a suitcase full of beautiful fabrics ! The Barcelona-based brand Lola Casademunt is hosting a special pop-up in the heart of Le Marais from October 17 to 19, with one mission: to meet its French audience, and perhaps pave the way for future boutiques in the fashion capital.
Its Fall/Winter 25 collection, Deauville, draws inspiration from Normandy’s seaside cliffs and rocky shores, blending romantic flair with a relaxed coastal spirit. Think navy blue, jacquard, floral prints, and sailor stripes, you can almost feel the salty breeze. The space itself mirrors the brand’s vibrant personality: shades of pink, animal prints (as much zebra as leopard), and even a fairground claw machine for a playful touch. Our top picks ? The leopard-print bow-tie blouse (€149) and the ruched pointed-toe satin ballet flats (€129), timeless shapes with a modern twist that’ll brighten any Paris weekend.
Pop up Lola Casademunt by Maite, 18 rue de Turenne, Paris 4e. October 17–19, 11 a.m.–7 p.m.

Admire a free photography exhibition
Because art goes hand-in-hand with purpose, PHOTOCLIMAT, the first free outdoor social and environmental biennale, returns for its 3rd edition in Paris and the Paris region. Its mission: to spotlight NGO work through the lens of talented photographers. This open-air art trail will be mainly set up at Place de la Concorde.
With partners like Action Against Hunger, UNICEF, Doctors of the World, and Emmaüs, this one-month exhibition uses art and culture as powerful tools to share social and environmental causes. Some must-see highlights? On the Seine side of Place de la Concorde: the Concordia sculpture by Arthur Mamou-Mani, the French architect and designer behind Burning Man’s temple, or the vibrant shots by Guinean artist Prince Gyasi. On the Madeleine side, don’t miss Jennifer Dewavrin’s photos, showcased by RoseUp, an organisation supporting women affected by cancer. Curious minds, take note: the journey continues beyond Concorde across the Seine’s riverbanks near Île Saint-Louis and Place Saint-Sulpice — an artsy, socially conscious Paris hike awaits.
PHOTOCLIMAT, from 12 September to 12 October 2025. Place de la Concorde. Free and open to all.
Discover the trendiest designers
The capital of style only has three words in mind: Paris Design Week. Through exhibitions, showrooms, galleries, and workshops, the city turns into an international design showcase from September 4 to 13, with free events open to all and a chance to meet the most bankable designers of the moment.
Highlights not to miss? Christie’s (9 avenue Matignon, Paris 8e) presents an exclusive retrospective of Dinh Van’s jewelry creations for the Maison’s 60th anniversary: a dazzling journey featuring cult pieces like the Menottes bracelet and the Deux Perles ring. Then, the exhibition Masquarade comes to life at Maison myBlend (23 rue Debelleyme, Paris 3e) in collaboration with artist Amicie de Bouteiller, showcasing wall sculptures in dialogue with myBlend’s vision of beauty through layers, contrasts, emotions, and light.
For a sharp contemporary perspective, head to Boon Room (9 rue de Lesdiguières, Paris 4e) to admire works by Jialun Xiong, Cal Summers, Benjamin Foucaud, José Cháfer, and ERM Studio, celebrating craftsmanship and raw lines. Finally, don’t miss the installation “Serpentis Vanitas” by Pinto (11 rue d’Aboukir, Paris 2e), featuring porcelain created with the Manufacture de Couleuvre and plaster lights by Stefan Mocanu, inspired by still lifes and classical vanities, blending memory and matter.

Take a Brooklyn trip in the heart of Le Marais
US lovers will fall for Brooklyn Bodega, a new hybrid pop-up in the heart of Le Marais. Brooklyn Brewery, straight from New York, sets up shop steps away from Hôtel de Ville with a concept-store mixing a New York-style bodega grocery, a street food menu, and a cultural space. With a hip-hop playlist, pop decor with checkerboard floors, bold colors, and Walmart-style shelves, this is the coolest spot to grab Doritos (2.49 €), Fluff marshmallow cream (4.49 €), unknown beers in France, and crazy merch like sweatshirts and caps (15–85 €).
On the food corner: a reinvented grilled cheese with aioli, lime zest, cantal, and grated comté (9 €), and greasy American sandwiches by Moïse Sfez, including our favorite, the Roastbeef (14 €). Another must: the indulgent baby Caesar Salad (4 €). In the evenings from 6 pm, the upstairs turns into a bar serving IPA beers on tap. Plus, upcoming weekend events include a thrift sale with YouTuber Raska (Sept 6), a US vinyl sale curated by Balades Sonores (Sept 17–21), and a bomber customization workshop with Schott (Sept 20). A one-way trip to New York… with just a Navigo swipe.
Brooklyn Bodega, until October 5 at 34 rue du Bourg Tibourg, Paris 4e. Open Wed–Sat 12 pm–10 pm, Sun 12 pm–8 pm.
Admire iconic Vuitton pieces
Attention fashion lovers and collectors: since August 27, the famous auction house Bonhams is putting over 300 Louis Vuitton items under the hammer at the LE MONOGRAM À L'HONNEUR sale, available online until September 10. The pieces will also be exhibited at the Maison Cornette de Saint Cyr (6 avenue Hoche, Paris 8e) from Sept 4–6 and 8–9.
The iconic LV monogram, with its Art Nouveau-inspired flowers and geometric motifs, remains a must-have for any true fashion addict. For the first time, Bonhams presents such an extensive collection of recent Louis Vuitton pieces kept in mint condition, from Speedy, Alma, Petite Malle to other legendary models and accessories. A unique opportunity to observe the Maison’s evolution under Pharrell Williams, Virgil Abloh, and Nicolas Ghesquière, and discover artistic collaborations with Takashi Murakami and Tyler, The Creator. Estimates range from 150 € to 8,000 €.

Indulge at the new gourmet spot in the 9th
After working alongside Bruno Doucet, Rémi Lazurowicz has been delighting Rue Marguerite de Rochechouart for years with his bistronomic Comptoir 47, reborn in 2024 as Lazu. Just across the street, he has now opened Comptoir Lazu, the future go-to address for gourmets in the 9th arrondissement (and beyond…). A pocket-sized gem serving flavor-packed plates.
But first, what a setting! We instantly crush on the wild Piet Mondrian light fixture, the vintage Roland Garros poster, and the terrazzo floor that’s totally on trend.
The menu keeps seducing us with heart-stealing dishes at friendly prices: roasted and raw zucchini with stracciatella (€12), beef tataki with pepper jus and ponzu eggplant (€17), ricotta gnudi with salsa verde and bell pepper (€14), or the fresh and original crudo of meagre and apricot with aguachile sauce (€18). Oyster fans will adore Rémi’s signature version topped with apple gel and dill (€9). Our top pick? Save room for the signature LAZU chocolate mousse with Espelette pepper (€9). Bonus: the counter is open non-stop from breakfast to dinner.
Comptoir Lazu, 36 rue Marguerite de Rochechouart, Paris 9th. Open Tuesday to Saturday, 8am–midnight.
Learn fashion drawing… on a boat!
All aboard for the “Fashion Design” workshop—literally! This creative class takes place on a boat moored at the Port des Champs-Élysées. Picture yourself sketching with a view of the Pont de l’Alma and the Eiffel Tower. Pretty chic, right?
Guided by Iveta and Quentin, you’ll first learn the basics of human figure drawing (keeping proportions in check), before moving on to stylized silhouettes, just like couture sketches. Books featuring fashion collections will be available for inspiration, but nothing beats gazing at the Seine and soaking up Paris as your muse. Each participant leaves with their own creations—maybe you’ll be the next great couturier?
Learn to shape ravioli
Saturday, it’s ravioli! There are still spots left for a 2.5-hour cooking workshop all’italiana with Claudio, a transalpine chef passionate about the cuisine of Puglia and Sardinia who masters the art of ravioli like no one else. We bring along our guy / our BFF / our chef buddy (cross out the unnecessary) for a really fun class in the 11th, around Voltaire. But first, we start by getting to know each other and learning the basics over a glass of Prosecco – or a sparkling drink for the soberistas – to go with some cheeses from the Boot.
Let’s go for the making of fresh pasta, learning the real gestures and tips whispered in mamma’s kitchen. Then we work on the sauce and filling, before it's tasting time! P.S.: don’t forget to bring a tup’ to take home the leftover pasta.
Tasting Brittany in the heart of the Marais
2nd round for the sibling duo Albane and Baptiste Lamotte, who already brought us Galette Café in the 7th! Their new baby Ty Coz, both a crêperie and oyster bar, is establishing itself as the new 100% Breton spot in the Marais. To enjoy some sweet treats and briny products that could transport any Parisian to the pretty corsair city of Saint-Malo, head over near Parc Royal!
Ty Coz, "family home" in Breton, turns out to be the perfect name for this new place that smells like holidays in Finistère. After the success of Galette Café, the family is growing with, this time, a more polished décor for which architect Sylvie Zerat has designed every detail like a living space where you feel at home. Special mention for the terrace overlooking Parc Royal! Start by ordering oysters, especially the plump Étoile Kys n°3 (€20 for 6), then melt for the galette with Andouille de Guémené, delightfully indulgent, served with its onion compote and creamy cider sauce, unless you go for the version with smoked salmon, potatoes with vinaigrette, and seared red onions (€16.90). Stretch the pleasure with a crêpe filled with salted butter caramel and vanilla ice cream (€9.50), or a Suzette flambéed with Grand Marnier (€11)… Yum! The must: Ty Coz offers a take-away version of their galettes but also of their ice cream sundaes (€9.50): perfect for sunny days.
Ty Coz, 4 rue du Parc Royal, Paris 3rd. Open Tuesday from 12pm to 4pm, Wednesday to Saturday from 12pm to 11pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 5pm.
Discover the elegant summer terrace of the Shangri-La Paris
We challenge you to find a terrace more elegant and stylish than this one. All summer, Lacoste invites itself to Shangri-La Paris and takes over two spaces, Le Pavillon Lacoste and the restaurant Summer by Lacoste, where the sportswear couture spirit of the house of the crocodile meets the timeless elegance of the Parisian palace. From the entrance of the hotel, the tone is set: a copper pavilion – a refined nod to the universe of Lacoste and to the clay court color – settles in front of the majestic facade of the palace. We savor summer treats to take away or to eat on the go. Madness: the best waffle of your life flanked with the signature crocodile (€6), not to mention the artisanal vanilla ice cream, crumble pieces, chocolate sauce or nougatine bits and smooth caramel (€10).
But the ultimate remains to book a lunch or a dinner at Summer by Lacoste, directly in the superb garden, among the flowers and with an unmatched view of the Eiffel Tower. A timeless break, ideal for a lunch with friends or a romantic dinner under the lanterns. On the menu? We order the Asian specialties of the restaurant like the vegetarian crispy rice (€22), the marvelous dim-sums (€28), the crying tiger (€45) or the stir-fried lobster noodles (€58). We also let ourselves be tempted by more comforting options like the signature cheeseburger or the lobster roll, or by choosing the daily menu (€58) or the ideally complete discovery menu (€88). Left to taste: the dessert imagined especially for Summer by Lacoste: Le Crocodile framboise pistache, a couture entremet that will have its little effect on Instagram (€24). To be accompanied by a grapefruit Spritz, a jasmine Gin Tonic (€26) or a super refreshing peach-basil mocktail (€18).
Summer by Lacoste at Shangri-La Paris, Lunch from 12pm to 5pm, dinner from 7pm to 10pm. Open all summer until October. Le Pavillon Lacoste open from 11am to 7pm. 10 avenue d'Iéna, Paris 16e. 01 53 67 19 91.
