Café de la Gare: the furiously tropicool happy-hour terrace of the 16th

Main room of the Passy Restaurant La Gare

Everyone knows this landmark in the 16th. But since Laura Gonzales, the hottest designer of moment, was asked to redecorate this former small train station at La Muette, the result is an absolutely fairy-like bar and  terrace that flirt with the very Miami-style tropicool spirit that Parisiennes love so much. In other words, this is the ideal rendez vous for twigs who want to have a chic lunch or stick around for long lasting happy hours (without necessarily having  dinner!)...

We adore: sipping a glass of rosé (6,50€) or white wine (6€) or a delicious Spritz (7€) while enjoying the sun. Special kudos to the Frozen Margarita (12€), the new cocktail of the moment.

If you want to stay for stylish nibbles, order one of their super plates to share such as with Summer truffle (15€), Beaufort nugget (9,50) or crispy veggies (11€).

We also like: the restaurant with its XXL terrace downstairs for a romantic dinner .
