Bite into vegan cheese nuggets

Recette Croquettes

In a bowl mix the starch and water.

Pour the breadcrumbs generously on a plate.

Pick a small piece of cheese and mould it into a bowl in the palm of your hand. Roll it in the mix of starch + eau then in the breadcrumbs. Renew the operation once or twice if necessary. Make all the nuggets.

In a small pan, heat about 4 cm of sunflower oil. When the oil is hot (careful it should not smoke) dip two nuggets inside, turn them around constantly for about 1 minute, remove as soon as they are golden. Cook all the nuggets, place them on absorbing paper and eat quickly.
