The recipe for stuffed veggies


Nothing like enjoying stuffed veggies… Demonstration.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees

Place the mushrooms on a cooking plaque and sprinkle with olive oil. Set aside.

In a salad bowl, mix the other ingredients. Stuff the champignons with the mix. Sprinkle again with olive oil and cook the mushrooms for 30 minutes.

- 250g of cooked quinoa pearls

- 2 table spoons of concentrated tomato sauce
