The most simple tartine in the world

Tartine Jambon Chevre Figues

The end of summer, the arrival of the Fall with shorter days are the perfect pretexts to wager on the comforting alliance of cabécou cheese and Serrano ham for a quick and easy tartine that consoles us.

Preparation :

Toast the bread slices.

Cut up the garlic clove, rub the tartines and add a dash of olive oil.
