We had already told you about the eagerly awaited opening of the Hôtel du Sentier , Place du Caire, where all the Parisian fashion week took place last January. This is the hotel to test! But “ the place to be ”, these are the rooms with private rooftops , its famous “ Saint-Tropez terraces ”, where bistro tables and deckchairs are set up in full sun, a real invitation to lounge all day with a view over the rooftops of Paris.

The added bonus: the possibility of renting the room for the day and inviting friends to lunch with you on the terrace and having the kitchen of the hotel bistro brought up to them. The old-fashioned way: we order a lie, a real croque-monsieur , brioche perdue , an omelet and a refill of fries, all served on a bistro table. The dream, right?
