After long lazy days, sitting out in the sun, chilling, knocking back cocktails and rosé, flirting without any constraints nor schedules, back to reality is hitting you hard. Don’t worry, you are not alone.

300 persons are expected Saturday for a 100% feel-good event that will tackle the question of self-confidence, sleep optimisation, meditation, but also networking and coaching in order to learn how to pick opportunities. In total, 12 conferences (free) and 20 workshops (by registration only, 5€) animated by pros in order to get back control of your body and spirit and tackle the new season with new steam.

For the most motivated, a yoga session starting at 8am with lululemon, the über trendy sports label. During the morning, take advantage of a flash 15-minute energy treatment or precious advice to sleep better thanks to naturopathy. At lunch time, it’s Guinguette d’Angèle that will be offering super healthy dishes. At 5pm, you will find out everything about fasting. And at 7pm, everyone is invited to the concert of singer and poet Nirina Lune. Smile, it’s the new season!
