The best vintage shops in the Marais

Whether you're a seasoned vintage addict or a beginner wary of slightly sketchy thrift stores, second-hand boutiquesare more popular than ever! And especially in the Marais, where ultra-desirable stores are popping up everywhere. Now counted by the dozens, the Do It Team got ahead of the game and carefully selected the best spots where the fashion elite hunt for retro treasures that deliver an insane sense of style. Here’s a tour of our favorite shops!

Passion Luxe

The DNA: until the end of March, we secured a 10% discount for all Do It Girls across the entire Passion Luxe boutique, ideally located on rue de Rivoli (5% all year round starting in April—just mention you’re coming from Do It In Paris and don’t hesitate to spread the word!). And we bet you’ll find true hidden gems in this incredibly chic consignment store, offering only designer pieces signed by Dior, Chanel, Vuitton, Givenchy and other major fashion houses—for all styles, sizes, and shoe fits. In short: a true fashion lover’s paradise.

Our favorites:
silver Louboutin Iriza heels with stunning appeal (€380 instead of €695 new!), a like-new Vuitton Speedy (€880) or a Keepall 50 Damier for weekend getaways (€1,600), a cozy purple Givenchy sweater (€140), a perfectly cut mink coat(€420), an orange leather Jacquemus Bambino (€420), fuchsia satin Jimmy Choo sandals (€260), bling Chanel jewelry (earrings €480), Celine sunglasses (€220), a hypnotic green Hermès silk scarf (€260), gorgeous pink epi leather Vuitton heels (€520), plus a super cool selection of boots sorted by size, not to mention princess dresses, designer jeans, and leather jackets. Ultimate obsession: a camel leather Dior Colombus bag, a true Y2K icon that makes us want to relive the 2000s (€1,450).
Pro tip: don’t forget to dig through the back rack for -30% pieces...

Passion Luxe, 11 rue du Roi de Sicile, Paris 4th. +33 1 73 75 32 18. Open Monday to Saturday, from 11am to 7pm.

Nuovo

The DNA: Nuovo is the new must-visit address making the entire Marais lose its mind. The kind of place where you come to “just browse”… and leave with three pieces and a drained bank account. Already well established online, the brand confirms its hype with a boutique that reflects its identity—far from traditional thrift stores blending second-hand finds with its own 90s-inspired collection. The fitting rooms immediately grab attention: huge, almost extravagant, they create a setting where every silhouette feels elevated. It’s hard not to imagine yourself as Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman while trying things on! Nuovo also attracts a new generation of cool girls: Paloma (Bob Sinclar’s daughter), Lily-Rose Depp, or Lila Moss the nepo babies we love to watch. With bags, shoes, and sharp pieces restocked twice a week, it’s impossible not to come back… again and again.

Our favorites:
the iconic Daphne Silk Top (€175), recognizable by its signature knot detail. In the same vibe, the Capri Bow (€90) is already a must-have even Bella Hadid couldn’t resist. On the vintage side, Miu Miu mini bags instantly catch the eye (€400–€600). Delicate strap tops, playing with sheer fabrics, lace, and subtle patterns, create a softly sensual silhouette (€100–€130). For those looking for the perfect dress, somewhere between an Italian wardrobe and heirloom memories, Nuovo offers designs by Alessandro Dell'Acqua (€175), where sexiness meets refined elegance—pieces made for those special nights that truly matter.

Nuovo, 130 rue de Turenne, Paris 3rd. Open every day from 11am to 7:45pm.

Tallon Vintage

The DNA: Located on rue Charlot, this address entirely dedicated to shoes is designed as a true sanctuary for those hunting down rare pairs, often spotted on Vestiaire Collective at sky-high prices. At the center, a sofa invites you to slow down. Here, you try, walk around, test the arch, examine every angle—and wonder if Carrie Bradshaw would approve. The walls, fully lined with shelves, reveal a perfectly curated abundance, complemented by a few bags and sunglasses. Nothing overwhelming—on the contrary, each shoe stands out, each detail sparks a new desire. As you leave, one thought remains: imagining this boutique as your own personal dressing room.

Our favorites: a selection of Manolo Blahnik, from subtle low heels to bold colorful sandals (€350–€450), as well as vintage Miu Miu kitten heels, perfect for everyday effortless elegance (€420), Christian Louboutin designs (€340), Louis Vuitton x Takashi Murakami bags (€1,700–€2,500), Italian-style sunglasses by Prada, Miu Miu, Dolce & Gabbana (€150–€200), and a rack of short dresses in lace, silk, or draped fabrics by Chloé, Miu Miu, Prada (€250–€700).

Tallon Vintage, 18 rue Charlot, Paris 3rd. Open Wednesday to Monday from 12pm to 7pm, Saturday from 11am to 7pm, and Sunday from 2pm to 7pm.
