Mon Sport A La Maison

Aside from running, my sports activities always take place at home between four walls. An exercise pad, weights and I’m all set. I prefer working out in the morning.

My sports routine is quite basically to exercise all my abs (and especially the obliques!). Daily squats are terribly efficient, in one week you get results. Skipping rope also helped me a lot.

And finally, an exercise that gives all the muscles a good workout (and a good sweat): the Washcloth Workout. The principle is simple: tone the muscles of the back, butt, arms and legs thanks to two pieces of fabric. On a slippery surface preferably.

I like wearing a nice looking outfit during my workouts, even though I am generally at home! Pink for my running outfits, and an ensemble that enhances my look: legging (Decathlon), shorts, halter-top.

I am careful about each detail so that I can feel well even when I perspire.

I recently discovered the brand Lorna Jane (France): colorful, feminine and very studied outfits, definitely adopted!
