First good resolution : take care of yourself. To help you, we have concocted the perfect therapy to start the day right after the night of all the excess.
Lemonade for rehydration
Yesterday evening, the rule “ one glass of wine, one glass of water ” was completely bypassed. So we start the day (whatever the time) with a fresh lemonade that will restart your limp body.
Its benefits ? Lemon stimulates the production of bile and removes bad toxins in the liver.
The right recipe . Mix 1.8 l of mineral water + 300 ml of lemon juice + ½ green pepper + 1cl of stevia. Infuse the ingredients. Keep cool. To drink.
The super-vitamin juice
We try to follow up with a remineralizing juice , the perfect anti - hangover smoothie , to fill up with minerals and vitamins . It's the healthy Maisie canteen that concocted it for her favorite Parisiennes .
Its benefits ? Fennel drains the liver and removes toxins. The pineapple is a great fat burning and improves digestion. Celery helps to clean our post-holiday body. The cucumber will thin the smoothie, hydrate you and give you a healthy glow!
The right recipe . Peel and mix 1/4 pineapple + 1/2 fennel + 1 celery branch + 1/2 lemon
+ 1/2 cucumber + 1 zest of fresh ginger in a blender. Serve as fresh.
The breakfast that treats all excess
This is the most difficult moment: you will have to nourish your body, revitalize it and detoxify it. The detox collective aka Detox Delight gave us its “ eat ” recipe, which we must use without moderation… To avoid junk-food cracking in the process.
Its benefits ? Banana is known for its anti-hangover effects, honey naturally sweet will drive up blood sugar, known the ginger to reduce the feeling of nausea in relieving stomach provides a "boost". As for flakes , they are a perfect ally thanks to their vitamin B , calcium, magnesium and iron content . Any plant-based milk will do, but the almond is particularly recognized for its anti-migraine properties, which is a significant affair!
The right recipe . Toast 40 g of flakes (buckwheat, rice or oats) over low heat in a saucepan for a few moments, stirring until the biscuit smells good. Add ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1/4 of teaspoon of powdered ginger, 1/4 of teaspoon of the four-spice mixture, mix quickly. Add the pinch of salt, 250 mL of almond milk, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon of honey and increase the heat until the porridge simmers. Then put the heat to minimum and mix to obtain the desired consistency. In the bowl, mash a banana with a fork and pour the porridge over it.
