It's as easy as pie and in 15 minutes on the table. Eggs, Tomme, a little cream and some herbs ... A shot in the oven, and voila.
For 4 people
In a small saucepan, brown the finely chopped garlic and shallot in the butter .
Add the porcini mushrooms, cleaned and cut into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper and cook for ten minutes. Divide them among 4 ramekins.
Heat the cream over very low heat and incorporate the diced Tomme de Savoie into it.
Stir constantly until the cheese is completely melted. Divide this cream among the 4 ramekins to cover the mushrooms .
Break and gently place an egg in each container, then place them in a deep ovenproof dish filled with boiling water .
Bake in a bain-marie for 8/10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 °.
Watch the cooking because the yolk must remain runny.
To taste with slices of bread and Tomme de Savoie .
