Klin d’œil: food workshops and DIY in the Marais

Open up your eyes wide ! Klin d’œil is back at the Carreau du Temple on Saturday and Sunday. You are going to get an eyeful, but not just that…Fashion, decoration, food, exhibits, concerts, this fun and trendy happening features the new names of young French creation as well as super cool DIY workshops, so you can get a real hands-on coached by super talented 2.0 artisans.

A unique occasion to learn how to put together an aromatic garden with Atelier Carmin (18€), customize wax turbans thanks to Turbanista (20€) or concoct healthy no gluten bowls with the Food for Sharing collective (20€), all this in a tangy ambiance imagined by Pinterest pros ! #Inspiration it’s hard to resist.

We adore: fab ceramics by Candy Vitrac, the hip’ Oelwein stationary store, Bôme graphic jewellery and many others.

Tops: semi-vegan banhs, salads and yummy cakes to nibble on while lounging in their deckchairs and checking out independent concerts in the evening.

The good news for all those who are not in Paris this weekend, Emilie & Virginie Capman, the two sisters behind the Klin d’œil movement have opened their boutique in the 11th arrondissement of Paris (6 Rue Deguerry) where you can go another time.

Klin d’œil, Saturday the 7th of May from 11am to 11pm and Sunday the 8th of May from 11am to 7pm. Free entrance.
