Are yakitori your passion? Here is a delicious recipe to reproduce with very good products the skewers of Japanese meatballs that we love. Take a little sesame oil, yakitori sauce, cilantro and lamb. In 30 minutes you're done!
1.In a saucepan, boil the rice vinegar and sugar then add the chopped cabbage . Salt and pepper. When the broth returns, cook for 15 minutes. Place everything in an airtight jar and keep cool for at least an hour.
2. Finely chop 2 stems of chives in a bowl. Add the ground lamb , whole egg , soy sauce , cornstarch , ginger powder , salt and pepper. Mix everything well and make 24 balls of the same size. Prick them 3 by 3 on wooden sticks previously moistened.
3.Heat a tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan then sear the skewers until they begin to color. Then add the yakitori sauce and cook for 10 minutes, basting the meat regularly. Heat the sesame oil in a wok and sauté the rice for 5 minutes over very high heat.
4.Servir rice with skewers, red cabbage pickles and lime. Sprinkle with black sesame and fresh cilantro .
