Cute little burgers

Recette Burger Pastrami Myrtille Miel

Pastrami, blueberry and honey . The ideal combo to spice up a mini burger. A cool must-eat for summer aperitifs.

Preparation time: around 1 hour

For 4 burgers

Preparation:

Peel the onions and dice them. Cut the peppers in lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into slices.

Peel and chop the ginger . Heat the oil in a saucepan. Sauté the onions , chilli rings and ginger .

Add the blueberries , mustard seeds and cumin , simmer for about 2 minutes.

Deglaze with red wine and vinegar.

Add the honey and thicken for about 10 minutes.

Let the relish cool.

Peel, wash and wring out the arugula .

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices.

Cut the buns crosswise.

Successively brown the bread roll halves on the crumb side in a fat-free pan.

Spread 1 teaspoon of mustard on each bottom half and cover with arugula and tomato slices .

Cover with a slice of pastrami (25 g).

Spread the blueberry-onion relish on the pastrami. Cover with the top of the bread .
