Beat the egg with the soy sauce , kimchi juice and water in a bowl.
Add the sifted flour and mix well to obtain a homogeneous dough.
Roughly chop the kimchi and spring onions. Add them to the dough.
Heat a little fat in a pan and make pancakes about 10 cm in diameter.
Bake the pancake, 2 to 3 minutes, until the edges begin to brown.
Turn the pancake over and cook for 2 minutes. Once cooked, place the pancake on a plate and repeat the operation with the remaining dough.
Serve with Tanoshi soy sauce .
