Do you know peach salad ?

Peaches, but not as dessert… It’s the big food trend this season. A sugary fruit to mix with top notch ham and end of season cherry tomatoes. A real killer.

Number of  persons: 6 persons

Time of preparation: 20 minutes

Preparation:

Peel the peaches, removed the pits and cut up in quarters.

In a warm pan with frothy butter, colour the quarters of peaches with a little bit of sugar. Cut the cherry tomatoes.

In a salad bowl, mix the peaches, the tomatoes, basil leaves and chiffonnade of Serrano ham.

Tip from the chef: for more colour and taste in the plate, vary the colour of the tomatoes by using old-fashioned varieties.

- 6 slices of Serrano ham

- 3 peaches

- 50g of red cherry tomatoes

- 50g of yellow cherry tomatoes

- 1 bunch of basil

- 20g of soft butter

- 1 tablespoon of sugar
