A quick and easy tortilla



The Mexican sandwich is on a roll. Yum.


1. Mince the onions, cut the green peppers, chop the parsley then crush the avocado. Mix all these ingredients in a Beko blender.

2. Spread the mix on the tortilla while adding chicken, cheddar and salad then roll it up.

3. Serve nice and fresh.

- 300 g of chicken

- 1 ripe avocado

- 50 g of natural yogurt

- 5 g of green lemon juice

- 2 spring onions

- 15 g of green peppers

- Salt and pepper

- ½ g of ground garlic

- 10 g of coriander or fresh parsley

- 5-6 Tortillas (20-25 cm in diameter)
