1/ Dip the noodles for 3 minutes in a big pan of boiling water. Drain and run cold water on them.
2/ Mince the soya sprouts, cut up the salad, peel and chop the garlic and the cloves. Pan fry in the sunflower oil.
Add the sugar, wasabi, soja sauce, mirin, saké and sesame oil. Stir for 2 minutes on an average flame.
3/ Introduce the soya sprouts, salad and noodles, stirring just enough time to reheat everything.
