A no-gluten burger

A light, healthy delicious burger: such is the challenge of Pink Lady ! A quick and easy recipe that is not expensive for a burger with an Italian accent. This should send our foodista taste buds into a tizzy !

1/ Cut the apple  widthwise into three equal parts ;

2/ Pierce the apple in the center, with the help of the wood spike without letting it show on the outside of the fruit ;

3/ Remove the spike ;

4/ Mix the ricotta, farmer cheese and the cranberries ;

5/ Add to the preparation a dash of olive oil, salt and pepper;

6/ Slightly spread the lower part of the apple with half the mixture, then cover up with a half slice of Bresaola and a salad leaf ;

7/ Renew the operation on the middle part of the apple and assemble together ;

8/ Then slip the prepared apple on the wood.

Ingredients :

  • 1 small sized Pink Lady® apple, previously washed
  • 1 thin slice of Bresaola (15 à 20g)
  • 15g of ricotta
  • 10g of farmer cheese
  • 15g of cranberries
  • 1 salad leaf, previously washed
  • Salt, pepper and olive oil
  • 1 wood spike
