This building, now listed as a Historic Monument, today hosts 83 rooms in a refined setting designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, enhanced by MGallery’s luxury expertise.
Picture this: an ultra-cute garden to escape the hustle and bustle of the capital, just like Queen Margot once did, with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, a vegetable garden, and even a deconsecrated chapel transformed into a bar ! Then comes the moment to relax and be served like royalty at dinner: chestnut velouté, mushroom fricassée, perfect egg with hazelnut crumble, “Marguerite bites,” fregola sarda risotto with seasonal squash and Fourme d’Ambert cheese… And for the grand finale ? Butternut crème brûlée or a peanut-and-chocolate tartlet. The next morning, repeat the pleasure.
