Between a brand-new hotel in the heart of the Latin Quarter, a brasserie with a rooftop that smells like Provence, and even the reopening of a legendary club spotted in La Boum after 20 years of closure, 2026 is shaping up to be packed with exciting new addresses set to electrify Paris. The Do It Team rounds up all the future hot spots to check out as soon as they open.

Bus Palladium

Rock’n’roll night owls have been mourning the Bus Palladium since its closure in 2022. The legendary Pigalle concert hall and nightclub is rising from the ashes and will become, from November onwards, a one-of-a-kind 5-star hotel. In a radically bold, deliberately wild design by Studio KO (Chiltern Firehouse, Le Bar des Prés…), the venue will unveil 35 rooms and suites, including the 80 m² Magic Rock suite, reserved for artists performing on stage. Because yes, there will definitely be a stage. The future 200-seat concert hall aims to welcome the next generation of rock icons, staying true to the DNA of this historic address : a promise from hotel group Chapitre Six, already behind  Monsieur Aristide, La Folie Barbizon and La Ponche in Saint-Tropez.

Bus Palladium, 6 rue Pierre Fontaine, Paris 9th. Opening scheduled for March.

Le Palace

What do Yves Saint Laurent, Mick Jagger, Elton John and Serge Gainsbourg have in common ? They all experienced the fiery nights of Le Palace, a nightlife institution of the 1980s whose name alone evokes an entire era. This mythical venue is preparing for a comeback under the direction of Mickael Chetrit, already at the helm of the Palais des Glaces, who promises to preserve its legendary identity and energy. For the décor, Jacques Garcia unleashes his signature grandeur and memories of wild parties to stage a new showcase celebrating the next generation of French and international artists.

Le Palace, 8 rue du Faubourg-Montmartre, Paris 9e. Opening scheduled for October.

Anne-Sophie Pic’s Restaurant

Multi-Michelin-starred chef Anne-Sophie Pic opens a new chapter, bringing her cookware and poetic cuisine to the Fondation Cartier pour l’Art Contemporain from autumn 2026. Recently relocated just steps from the Louvre, the venue will host a new restaurant as well as a bar highlighting her explorations in mixology, in collaboration with sommelier Paz Levinson. Our new museum-and-restaurant combo for 2026 ?

La Main Jaune

Fans of La Boum have been waiting for this moment : the La Main Jaune club – made legendary by Sophie Marceau’s iconic roller-disco scene – is set to reopen its doors this spring. The 2026 version ? Modern, while preserving the soul of the place. Recording studios, offices, a performance venue, music and dance classes, plus concerts and DJ sets on weekends, the programming already promises to be iconic. And of course, the unmissable roller disco will be back too, delivering a glorious return to the 1980s vibe.

Nanna

BookTok continues to grow across social media, so why not experience it in real life ? Nanna, a future literary barge, will offer more than 5,000 second-hand books in open access, available to borrow or donate. Book launches, signings, author talks, writing workshops and reading meet-ups will take place on the water, moored at the foot of Notre-Dame de Paris.

Nanna, 11 quai de Montebello Paris 5e. Opening scheduled for spring.

Rosie Jolie and Bigoudi

The two new additions from Brasseries à la Mode are called Rosie Jolie and Bigoudi, and they will soon open just steps from the Trocadéro. After putting the Basque coast in the spotlight, this new brasserie promises to celebrate the French Riviera, both in its décor and its Provençal-inspired dishes. The promise ? A refined blend of seasonal ingredients, generosity and sharing. Upstairs, the Bigoudi rooftop will deliver a chic dolce vita atmosphere with breathtaking 360° views over Parisian rooftops. Could these be the must-visit spots of summer 2026?

Brasserie Rosie Jolie and Rooftop Bigoudi, 38 avenue Raymond Poincaré, Paris 16e.  Rosie Jolie opens in March 2026, Bigoudi rooftop in April.

Salvia Paris Hotel

The cradle of Parisian writing and culture, the Latin Quarter will welcome Salvia in 2026 : a hotel conceived as a tribute to its history. More than a place to stay, it’s a space designed to slow down, featuring a wine cellar-style eatery for wine lovers and a literary café dedicated to reading and writing. In addition to elegant rooms flooded with natural light, a holistic room service completes the experience, designed to improve sleep, reduce stress and revitalize both body and mind.

Salvia Paris Hotel, 16 rue Cujas, Paris 5e. Opening on February 16. Reservations already available online.

Bergère x Paris

The Belle Époque comes back to life in the heart of a 26,000 m² space listed as a historic monument. Inside ? A hotel, coworking spaces, a gym and a garden, creating a true city within the city. Beneath an iconic glass roof, an exceptional brasserie and cocktail bar will round out the offering, set to become the new must-visit spots in Paris’s 9th arrondissement.

Bergère x Paris, 14 rue Bergère, Paris 9e. Opening early 2026.
