Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes, not counting the overnight maceration time
For 4 people
Mix half the blueberries with the Greek yogurt , milk , sugar , vanilla sugar and oatmeal .
Toast the sunflower seeds and coarsely chopped walnuts in a preheated non-fat pan on medium heat, turning them over, then divide them into jars and cover them with the blueberry mixture .
Leave to macerate overnight in the refrigerator. Also thaw the other half of the blueberries in the refrigerator.
In the morning, cover with figs cut into slices, mix the blueberries with the jam and cover everything. Cut the passion fruit in half, remove the flesh with a spoon and divide it into the jars.
