Good news ! The SocialFood , the coolest food collective in Paris, has just launched an ultra-stylish recipe book , inspired by the team's travels to the four corners of the planet.
The promise: beautiful products, dishes that mix his favorite cuisines, and of course, sublime photos of unparalleled elegance on Instagram.
Among them, a new pheno food: udons with carbonara . Or how to revisit a classic of Italian gastronomy with a little Japanese twist… Consider taking a trip to a Japanese Kmat-style grocery store to refuel beforehand.
400 g of udons
1 tbsp of white miso
130 g parmesan
8 egg yolks
150 g of guanciale or pancetta
Freshly ground pepper
Cut the guanciale into bacon and brown it in the pan for 5 minutes. It should crisp and be golden brown.
Prepare the sauce : in a bowl, mix all the ingredients and add 3 tablespoons of the cooking water for the paste and the freshly ground pepper.
Cook the udons .
Add the udons to the pan with the guanciale. Turn off the heat and add the sauce, stir well to release the starch and create a bond with the pasta.
Serve immediately and add an egg yolk in the center.
